Production grows for Dall'Era Valerio in 2017
The year 2017 closed under the banner of growth for Dall'Era Valerio. An increase in demand for brass nuts and fittings, particularly for plumbing, gas, refrigeration, faucets and valves.
The factors that drove production volumes are basically to be found in two areas
On the one hand, the past year has been characterized by tonic international demand that has tended to increase in many areas of the world. On the other hand, from a domestic perspective, the growth in demand for nuts from increasingly quality-conscious customers, both international, for whom more than 90 percent of production is destined, and Italian, was even more evident. In particular, in addition to nuts, the increase in demand has been for plugs, water connections, tangs, screws, finned nuts, and knobs, all custom-designed according to customer requirements.
Highest quality for international standards of reliability
Quality means the high reliability of brass components applied to finished machinery that must withstand hard stresses and intensive use over the years. The mix of state-of-the-art numerical control machines and strict manufacturing procedures makes it possible to achieve the highest quality even for those markets where the highest standards of reliability are expected.
With more than 60 people on staff, Dall'Era Valerio has in-house technical office for nut customization, quality offices and metrology lab, all for a synergy that allows products to be kept monitored while guaranteeing tight tolerances. All verification data are documented according to the standards required by both international standards and customers.
