In the symbolic place of manufacturing in Brescia, there where hard manual labor has been handed down with passion between generations, until it became the cradle of world-renowned industrial production, the Smart Innovation Festival, the first edition of Supernova in Val Trompia, is being held. In Lumezzane, March 27-31, 2019, the evolution of industrial and manufacturing innovation is told through some of the province's highest-tech companies, including Dall'Era Valerio, in partnership with AIB, the Milan Polytechnic and the Brescia Chamber of Commerce, among others.

The Smart Innovation Festival
It is with these credentials that the company will appear at the Smart Innovation Festival, presenting the e-PRESS system, which is particularly innovative in the pipe sector. The e-PRESS system synthesizes the best traditions of reliability, flexibility and safety of CSST corrugated pipes and brass fittings. Through a highly controlled production cycle, from hot bar stamping to sandblasting, through numerically controlled machinery and meticulous tooling, the components achieve perfect turning and threading of the entire range of fittings.
The first patented system for CSST steel pipes
Thus was born the first patented press-fit system for CSST steel pipes. A pipe whose mechanical seal consists of two press points. The inlet of the fitting has a "tooth" that clamps the pipe and prevents it from slipping out. A second pressing point, on the other hand, deforms the seal, allowing the corrugations of the CSST pipe to penetrate. The result is a pressing technique designed and patented by the company that can avert any fluid leakage. A success achieved with the development of a unique "E" profile jaw, capable of handling the controlled deformation of the fitting on the pipe.
